All items listed on this contract are the sole property of Sonic Sense. We reserve the right to repossess or acquire all listed inventory at any time or place by any means that our discretion allows.

Contractee is responsible for returning all equipment to Sonic Sense in the same condition, like new, as it was delivered. All replacement, repair, and cleaning costs that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the contractee.

Contractee is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges incurred in obtaining and returning listed equipment.

Contractee must be present to sign for equipment upon it's arrival by specified carrier

Late returns will be charged the daily rate per diem calculated from the end of business the day equipment is due back plus any rental losses incurred by Sonic Sense as a result of not receiving said equipment on time.

Any and all legal court and attorney’s fees incurred relating to recovery or collection of damages or repossession of these goods is the responsibility of the signer/credit card holder of this contract.

Sonic Sense is not responsible for any misuse or usage of said equipment which violates any state or federal laws.

Sonic Sense claims no responsibility for the quality of recordings rendered by use of above equipment.

By signing below, contractee agrees to all above statements and accepts full responsibility for equipment being rented/leased.
