Policies

Pricing:
Sonic Sense strives to have competitive pricing on the products we offer. Additional pricing consideration may be available based upon quantity or manufacturer incentives. We will also offer some additional discounts on purchases that may be part of a full packages.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from a supplier we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

Special Orders
We will gladly order any item that is available to us. All special orders CANNOT be returned.

For All standard orders, Sonic Sense must agree to have the product returned by providing a Return Authorization Number (See Returns section below)

Warranties
Manufacturer warranties vary from product to product. Although commonly ranging from 90 days to one year, warranty terms may vary even within in a given manufacture's product line. Copies of specific warranties are available for any product upon request. Some manufacturers also offer extended warranties.

Payment
Sonic Sense accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal as payment for your order. We also accept checks and money orders.
Our process for checks is as follows: For money orders, once the check is recieved, we will ship the item(s). For personal checks, products will be shipped once the check has cleared the bank.

Invoicing
For clients who do have an account with us, Sonic Sense issues invoices within one day of product purchase. Sonic Sense reserves the right to incur a finance charge of 1.5% on all accounts past due 60 days. These customers will lose their net terms and be put on credit card only or COD status.

Sonic Sense has a commitment to serving its customers and their needs. Please communicate with Sonic Sense when payments may be late so that we can come to an appropriate resolution and payment schedule.

Returns
The client must reqeust a return authorization before shipping products back to us. Items shipped back to Sonic Sense within 7 calendar days of delivery are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. This is not guaranteed. The refund will only cover the actual cost of the item and will not include shipping and insurance fees.

Equipment in perfect working condition may be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery for store credit. This credit will not include shipping and insurance fees. We will not accept any items we deem to be not in perfect working order. This includes scratches, cut wires, etc. You must also include the original packaging and paperwork. We will not accept any returns after 10 days from the day of purchase.

If an item is defective it will need to be evaluated and tested by the manufacturer before we make a decision on refunds or exchanges. Please call to notify Sonic Sense of the defects and to arrange for manufacturer's return authorization. This may take up to 30 days. The customer assumes responsibility for repairs of any defective equipment after 30 days.

Sonic Sense cannot accept returns of blank media, software, or soundcards if the box has been opened.

We will not accept COD or Freight Collect returns. The sender assumes responsibility for all shipping charges on returns.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee.

Sonic Sense reserves the right to amend this policy without notice.

Shipping:
Sonic Sense ships via UPS Ground service as the standard shipping method. You may track your package here.

International Customers:
Sonic Sense accepts orders from around the world. International clients are welcome to place orders on this site using a bank wire transfer in US funds to our account. The clients are also responsible for any additional fees incurred during shipping from customs, taxes, etc. For those who use a credit card, this form must be filled out.

Sonic Sense also has the right to request a credit card number to use for authorization until shipment arrives.

Technical Support:
Sonic Sense will provide full support on products such as pre-amps, digital converters, microphones, etc...
