Returns & ExchangesAs equipment may sometimes be defective, or you would like to exchange an item for something else or receive credit toward your next purchase, we offer three options within 30 days from the date of purchase: ** All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA) which is good for 15 days from the date of issuance. Please contact us so we can provide this to you. Basic Exchange — Defective ItemSend the item back to us with a note including the Amazon Order ID, RMA number, and reason for return to: Sonic Sense, Inc. We will ship the replacement upon receipt of the item being returned. Advanced ReplacementWe require an authorization on your credit card for the price of the second item and will ship it to you immediately. Please email us and provide your phone number so we can call you. In the meantime, or upon receipt of the replacement item, you ship back the return unit. We will release the authorization on your credit card when the defective unit is received in our warehouse. RefundSend the item to the address above along with a note including your Amazon Order ID and reason for return. Upon receipt and inspection of the package we will refund the price of your purchase less actual shipping* and a 15% restocking fee. Outgoing Shipping Charges cannot be refunded. *Please note: "Actual shipping" is what we paid to ship to item to you. It may exceed the charges you paid for the order to ship to you. If you are returning a product to us, the "actual shipping" will be equal to this amount. Shipping NotesDefective Items: As is typical with mail order purchases, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement products from our warehouse. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance to return the product to us. We will ship replacement products back to you via the same service rate that you return products to us. To be eligible for refund or exchange, all items MUST be packaged (in a protective secondary outer box) as we shipped them to you. Exchange Items: You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance to return the product to us and for the new product we are shipping to you.
