We gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product.
There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.
Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the item (Except during the Holidays when we specify our Extended Return Policy which is valid from November 25th through January 10 only.
All Returns must include an RMA Number on the shipping label of the outer shipping box, just like we shipped it to you.
If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us via email immediately to obtain an RMA number.
Any returns made Without a Valid RMA Number from Sonic Sense, Inc. on the package will be refused and sent back at the shipper's expense.
Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty. Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense.
Damage caused by using Unapproved Power Supplies that are NOT recommended by the manufacturer or Sonic Sense is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty.
Defective products will be exchanged. Buyer must cover return shipping costs.
Returns or defective items must include RMA Number on label of outside, secondary box, just like we shipped it to you.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
All Buyers are responsible for ALL Shipping Fees for returns, exchanges and for any other reason.
Items used on the mouth or in the ear cannot be returned due to health issues.
International Buyers are also responsible for "All Applicable Taxes, Customs, and Duty Charges" without any exceptions.
