In order to make the wide variety of high-quality recording equipment that we carry available to all and give you the opportunity to work with equipment before purchasing it, Sonic Sense has a great rental program.

To set up a rental with Sonic Sense, please print and complete Form 1 and Form 2. Then, fax them to us at (303) 753-0817. Be sure to include all the equipment you will need, including accessories like elastic suspensions, stands, and t-bars. Please solidify your rental plans with a phone call to us at (303) 753-0201

You will need a credit card with available credit equal to the full value of the system you are renting. This amount will be held by credit card authorization and you will only be billed the amount of the rental + shipping when your order is shipped. In order to reserve equipment a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of rental fees is required. This deposit will be processed at time of reservation.

All orders will be shipped and returned via UPS or Federal Express Insured Overnight service unless other arrangements are specified in rental agreement--Form 1. Billing period begins when the shipping company delivers equipment to destination. Recipient must be available to sign for equipment personally.

We have stuctured pricing on a sliding scale based on price of equipment and duration of rental. The equipment value list does NOT always reflect the prices at Sonic Sense. It is a price used for calculating the rental cost in conjunction with the sliding scale. To calculate approximate rental charges for a system, please use the price tables below for calculating the price of the system and then refer to the Rental Price chart, or call us at (877) 324-4463 for a quote. Seventy-Five percent of rental fees are applicable toward a purchase of equipment within 30 days and 50% of rental fees still apply within 60 days of rental.
